My poor neglected fans! I haven’t said much lately so here’s the recap.

Decided to let sis do what she needs to do and not stress about it.

Sis can give me and Mikey legal guardianship. We will need the father’s signature to adopt. When Sis brought up Mikey and I taking care of the child (when she was contemplating abortion) he was dead set against the idea. PR lawyer says Sis has the right to give us legal custody without him. He would have to take us to court to challenge that. He has no money to spare (cocaine is pricey) and no family support. So basically we’re doing what we want and if he doesn’t like it he can take us to court.

I’m submitting paperwork for an IVF grant and calling a clinic for their IVF study. First one wins.

We’re painting the apartment. Started all day Saturday and been chipping away at it since. The bedroom will be done this week and this Saturday we’re having a painting party. Pizza and beverages for all who come paint this place!

Have two interns and they’re great but the job still sucks the life force out of me.

Mikey’s mother MIGHT come for thanksgiving. Sis and the Manly Nephew come in mid December.
